We love delivering our healthy, fresh and flavoursome products, direct to our customers doors.
Below are our terms and conditions for everything to do with orders, shipping, refunds and more.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Orders must be placed and confirmed by the cutoff times (10 pm the evening before delivery is due) to ensure you receive your order on the requested day, as our production works to strict deadlines and we manufacture all items to order.
Prices displayed are in $AUD.
Purchases will be confirmed in the form of an email after you have completed payment for products and delivery.
On receipt of your confirmation email, please notify us straight away if any details are incorrect. Failure to notify us before 48 hours prior to receiving your order, will result in the confirmed order being deemed true and correct.
Deliveries are done between 5:00 pm - 8:30 pm Monday, Wednesday and Saturday between 8:00 am - 10:00 am
Delivery is only available to areas within our zone. We are happy to consider alternative postcodes/delivery addresses, however they may incur an additional fee.
You can contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you are outside our zone to see if there is anything we can do to assist you.
Order fee must be paid in full before we are able to produce and deliver your order.
Special delivery instructions must be noted in the designated box at the time of check out.
If you are not available to receive your delivery in person, your order shall be left in a location of the driver’s discretion at the customer’s risk.
If your delivery address is a business premises, please notify us of any clearways, or parking restrictions.
It is your responsibility to ensure someone is there to receive the delivery during our delivery hours. Orders will be left at entrance and are your responsibility if building is unattended.
We do not deliver to your door/office if you are in a commercial or apartment building. Please ensure someone is available to meet our courier at the vehicle, entrance or reception.
We strive for accurate delivery times, however delivery times may be delayed due to unforeseen airfreight or road delays.
Any delays and our courier will endeavour to notify you.
We do not deliver to P.O. boxes.
The juices and meals must be refrigerated within 3 hours of receiving delivery.
Our juice has a shelf life of approximately 4 days from delivery if they are refrigerated straight away and remain unopened.
Our meals have a shelf life of approximately 5 days from delivery if they are refrigerated straight away and remain unopened.
You acknowledge that our juices are not heat treated and/or pasteurised and that our meals are preservative free and not vacuum sealed.
You acknowledge that we make the juices and products in a kitchen that also handles tree nuts. We strive to keep all equipment separate, however contamination is possible.
Pure+NOOD makes no claims on the assurity of the health effects of our products. We recommend you speak to a qualified healthcare professional before you undertake any cleanse.
Cold-pressed juice is not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women. Please speak to your health care professional before consuming,
Delivery available only to locations within our delivery zones.
A minimum of 3 orders need to be placed before cancellation of subscription will be granted.
Requests for cancellation of subscription must be received in writing and confirmed by one of our staff members.
Requests for cancellation of your subscription must be received with a minimum of 48 hours notice before you are due to receive your next delivery.
Changes to your subscription must be received in writing and confirmed by one of our staff members.
Cancellations, Refunds and Credits
We do not offer cancellations or refunds. Any changes must be requested 48 hours prior to delivery.
Cancellation of orders may incur an administration fee of $10.
If you receive the incorrect products items must be returned unopened and in the condition they were received.
If the product is purchased via online sales and the product is spoilt, we take no responsibility in refunding the spoilt product. The customer accepts the responsibility when purchasing the product and receiving delivery, that the juice and/or products are fragile and must be refrigerated after the product has been delivered. Therefore, if a product is spoilt, we will not provide a refund or replacement product of delivered goods.
In the event that the consumer changes their mind about a product they have ordered online, we are happy to change the product order if given more than 48 hours notice.
Our customer service team operates between 9 am - 5 pm, Monday to Friday. Any changes to orders or inquiries must be placed between these hours.
